Historical Note
Despite common opinion, the Russian T-35 super-heavy tank was actually a reliable vehicle. Average driving distance in service was frequently up to 500 kilometers and they saw action in several areas. The main reason for their abandonment as the fighting progressed was their deployment away from depots which could service them. Fuel shortages – the bane of many armored formations – also caused some of these massive weapons to be abandoned. But it wasn't because they were clunkers!
